Winter Session On-line Payment Services

The Virginia Chapter of APCO serves as the fiscal agent for this conference.  The Conference Committee encourages on-line payment through the Chapter’s credit card intermediary, PayPal.  This webpage provides options for you or your agency, organization, or firm to submit payment for registration items identified on your registration form or any supplemental invoice.

Conference Registrants:  Once you select an “Ad to Cart” button opposite a payment category, a PayPal cart will open and you may change the quantities of attendees being paid for in the cart.  You will continue shopping until you have selected all payment categories and provided requested information and billing details.  Then you will finalize and submit your cart to pay for the conference.  You must complete and submit necessary registration forms per form instructions.  If for any reason you are unable to pay via credit card, enclose payment with your registration form(s) or pay at the door.
