Hotel Roanoke and Conference Center

Roanoke, Virginia

Lodging

Reservations at the Hotel Roanoke are now open and the hotel is ready to accept reservations.  Each individual (or PSAP if you choose to book all at once) will book your own room(s) which will need to be secured with a credit card.  If participating in the PSAP Scholarship Program, once you have a reservation and the Conference Committee receives and processes your PSAP Scholarship form (yet to be released and posted), the Committee will work with the hotel to move the covered portion of your reservation to the master account (scholarship funded).  Your credit card will remain on file with the hotel for incidentals not covered by the scholarship.  We have additional rooms available at the Hotel Roanoke this year, and hope to be able to accommodate everyone at the conference host hotel this year.

Conference dates are November 3-5, with pre-conference workshops and events on November 2.  Room rates are $103 single occupancy, $123 double occupancy, and each additional person above two is $10 each.

To reserve your room, visit Conference Hotel Reservations.

Stay tuned for additional conference information as it becomes available.
