Lodging is Now Open
Room rates at the Holiday
Inn® & Suites - North Beach are $89.00 per night (plus tax) (state per diem
rate). In order to receive the conference rates, you
must reserve your room not later than April 15, 2012. To reserve your room at the Holiday Inn® & Suites - North Beach go to the Hotel's Event Webpage at Make a Reservation or calling the hotel at 1-757-428-1711. When calling, provide the Group Code, "NAP" to obtain
our group rate.
Each individual (or PSAP if you choose to book all at once) will book your own

You are now under the Virginia E911 Services Board's PSAP
Educational Grant program. In order to have received grant funds for the Spring 2012 conference, your PSAP
had to have applied and been approved for a grant in the FY12 grant cycle. If
you are using this program, your PSAP will pay for
your hotel accommodations and conference registration up front. Within 30 days of the closing of the
conference, your PSAP will submit receipts to VITA
for reimbursement to the PSAP for approved expenses. If the receipts are not submitted within those 30 days, by state travel
regulations, your PSAP will not be reimbursed!!
Please, if you
need to cancel any rooms at the Holiday
Inn® & Suites - North Beach, call Denice Marrs at (804) 469-5395 and let her cancel the rooms for
you. She may be able to offer your canceled room(s) to another person or
agency needing a room(s). If
you need rooms after the cutoff date, again, call Denice to see if she has any
cancellations before making reservations at another hotel or paying the
higher non-conference rate.

Sponsorships
We

activities planned for this year's conference. There are sponsorship
opportunities available for pre-conference classes, breakfasts, breaks,
luncheon, evening events and give-a-ways.
A $500 to $999 donation will provide you with sponsorship or cosponsorship of a pre-conference class, meal or break
which includes signage and advertisement in the program guide. A Sponsorship of
$1,000 or more will provide you with a sponsorship or cosponsorship
of awards luncheon, keynote speaker/breakfast, or evening events, and will
provide 2 comp registrations, advertisement in the program guide, and a
banner/signage in or at the venue. However, any level of sponsorship will be
greatly appreciated.
We
thank you for your past support and ask that you help us to make this the best
conference ever.
To
indicate your interest in a sponsorship opportunity, e-mail Sponsorship Chair Athena M. Plummer, or call her at
